Hot pot restaurant

A local restaurant with great service, food, clean establishment and overall experience! Food was out in a jiffy and quick service. Huge variety of food to choose from and side dishes are delicious as well. Must try their hot pot. No real contact with waiters/waitresses until you press the bell on the table when you are ready to order. Great traditional Chinese food.

Restaurant was very busy but staff were attentive. Their menu is on an electronic device allowing you to flip through and order what you like. Tried the al a carte dining option, spicy chicken noodles and fried tofu. Tofu was crunchy and very delicious the noodles were fresh and spicy . They have an amazing hotpot selection too. Must go back and try this!

Lack of customer service, being told self service. Not worth it for the price. The meat is as thin as paper see through the plate. The pot soup is tasteless. BBQ dishes are all same seasoning and over salty. Grape and aloe vera juice tastes like water. Szechuan crispy pork portion is good.

I went there for an early dinner at 4:30, and it turned out to be a great choice for those who prefer milder flavors. We tried the tom yum and laksa broths, which were fresh and nice. We ordered beef, fish balls, tofu, and chewy octopus using the tablet menu. We took noodles from the train in front of us. The portions were enough, and we left feeling satisfied. The bill for two people came to $67, which we found reasonable. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, not too crowded, and the staff was attentive. If you're looking for a relaxed hot pot experience with plenty options of broths and a clean selection of ingredients, this place is worth a visit.

3rd time being here. Fantastic enviroment and ordering system, no interaction required. We ordered braised pork belly rice and tomato dumping noodle. Pork was served at partially hot and partially room temperature (probably microwave served?), braised egg and pak choy were served cold. Tomato dumpling noodle was okay, the soup base tasted a bit too sweet for our likings, feel like commercially pre-made soup base? The food overall is okay. It's good for hot pot, but probably not so much for individual servings.

We had lunch here on Easter Saturday when most places are still closed.The service was satisfactory, and the serving was quick as we arrived only shortly after they opened.It was usually quite busy but today was quite empty because of school holiday and probably the 15% holiday surcharge from the Notice board right inside the entrance.We had their popular mini hot pot for 1, on top of other side dishes, including their signature fried fish, fried chicken, chilli cucumber, century egg tofu, stir fried pork belly with capsicum, fish ball noodle soup & the chilli pork intestine and belly.The taste was consistent & delicious for kids and adults alike.We have tried their Northbridge store previously but parking was an issue.Overall a satisfactory lunch but the downside which costs 1 star is their price hike from previous pricing. Eg mini hot pot is now $18 vs $13 before

One of the best restaurants I know in Perth!! The food here is amazing and authentic, the customer service is just brilliant. The staffs are really friendly and welcoming. I forgot to mention my allergies and asked if they could change it for me and they did without any additional cost. If you're looking for an authentic place that serves mainland Chinese food, this is the place to go.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Their skewers are awesome, you have to try the bread on skewers. It’s the best. Hot pot soup flavours are rich and you get sides included with your $2 sauce. Will be back again!

Our go to hot pot place. It’s always busy here but if you come in a smaller group, 2 in our case, you shouldn’t have to wait long to get a seat. My favourite is mushroom soup as it just simply goes well with everything you put in it. Ì always get the wagyu and rice noodles everytime. There are sauces availble for $2 per bowl and some herbs as well. For 2 people I think 4 servings of meat or dumplings with 2 serving of noodles should be enough and fill you up real good. Drinks are also something you would want to try here as well.
